Returns : All sales are FINAL, no refunds or exchanges !!!!!!!!
Once the packages are dropped off at post office, we no longer have control, please contact mail carrier for more details once you receive tracking number.
Also, please do not book an appointment with any stylist until you have received your package, accidents/delays can occur.
PLEASE NOTE:
Ginaz Dream Hair isn’t responsible for any lost/damage packages. A signature is required on all packages to avoid stolen shipments.
